Episode 253: Being a Cookbook Writer: Writing a Cookbook for a Community with Bella Paige

Hello and welcome to another episode of the podcast. Bella is a brain injury advocate. After sustaining over 10 concussions and experiencing post-concussion syndrome for over 10 years, she realized that she could help others. She started Post Concussion Inc because she believed there was something missing in the world of brain injuries! After helping survivors for over a year she was requested for help in the kitchen and that’s how The Post Concussion Cookbook came to be. Today on the podcast we talk about Bella getting back into cooking after ill, cooking with symptons, motivation in the kitchen, Bella’s membership Concussion Connect as well as her journey to self-publish a cookbook.
