He runs AmazingFoodMadeEasy.com, one of the largest sous vide and modernist cooking websites, MakeThatBacon.com, a website dedicated to helping bloggers succeed, and is the president of the International Sous Vide Association.Today on the podcast Jason and I talk about sous vide cooking, self-publishing cookbooks, and stepping into your unique interests and expertise in cooking or baking with your cookbook, such as Jason’s single cooking method cookbooks about sous vide cooking.
