In today’s episode we talk about the work they do inside the Culinary Nutrition Studio, shifts and trends they are seeing in their culinary nutrition work, how dietitians and cookbook writers can stay on top of trends and shifts in the marketplace, and since they are both cookbook authors their tips for anyone who aspires to write a cookbook and get it published.
